JKLF pays tributes to Shaheed Maqbool Bhat

SRINAGAR (SANA): Paying rich tributes to Shaheed Maqbool Bhat, the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front acting chairman advocate Bashir Ahmad Bhat said he (Shaheed Maqbool) embraced the gallows at the time when Kashmiri nation had forgotten the freedom movement.
He was addressing a JKLF workers’ meeting at Varmul.
The Front also expressed grief over the demise of noted religious scholar Ghulam Mustafa Gulzar and wife of Ghulam Ahmad Zargar. Front delegations visited the residence of deceased and expressed sympathies with the bereaved.
Meanwhile, jailed leader of Hurriyat Conference (M) and Democratic Freedom Party president Shabir Ahmad Shah has paid glowing to tributes to Shaheed Muhammad Maqbool Bhat, describing him as the benefactor of Kashmiris.
